You are welcome to send us a message if you would like to make a booking or arrange an appointment. If possible, please use the booking form.

We will answer your enquiry as quickly as possible and get back to you directly.

You can make a binding reservation for your stay in just a few minutes using our booking form.
On the day of arrival you will receive your personal Key PIN directly from us - your villa will already be prepared.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments due to seasonal fluctuations and all changes. Current prices can be found in our booking tool.

  • Any commissions or commission payments are only effective if they have been agreed in advance and recorded in writing in a contract with the management.
  • Access to the accommodation and the booked room is only permitted to the named guest. This applies to all booking portals.
  • Payment for the booked arrangement must be made on arrival at the latest.

Payment of the travel price is made exclusively in advance by Bank transfer or credit card.
Please make a bank transfer stating your reservation number 100 % of the travel price up to 30 days before arrival at the latest to the following account:

A deposit of € 2000 is required for your stay. This is either blocked by credit card or transferred. It will be released after your departure if no damage is found.

Cancellation free of charge is up to 4 weeks before arrival in writing by e-mail (info@villas-kroatien.com) is possible.
After that, the booking can no longer be cancelled free of charge.

Please bring proof of a Personal liability insurance which includes rental damage.

In our villas are no pets allowed.

Additional services (e.g. extra bed, baby cot, pillows for allergy sufferers, special room requests) can only be taken into account if these are notified in good time before arrival.

As our telephone support is not continuously manned, special requests outside these times cannot be considered.
