You can book your stay in one of our villas in just a few minutes using the booking form.
Your villa is then reserved and ready for you. On the day of your arrival you will receive a personalised Key PIN for your stay.
Payment of the tour price is made exclusively by advance payment by bank transfer or credit card.

A damage deposit of €2000 is required for your stay at Villas Croatia. For this we require a credit card with an appropriate credit limit. The amount will be blocked before your arrival and released after your departure if no damage is found. Please note that the blocking of the amount may be shown as a debit in your banking account, but no debit will actually be made if no defects are found on our part.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival and must be made in writing by e-mail (info@villas-kroatien.com).
After that, the booking can no longer be cancelled free of charge.
The tenant must provide proof of their own personal liability insurance, which includes damage to rented property
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
