The villa is self-contained and has a separate car park and entrance.
The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean green area with tall palm trees, which is regularly tended by a gardener. Experienced designers played a key role in the planning, realisation and furnishing of the villa.
Thanks to the good transport links to the city of Split, whether by car or plane, you can reach your holiday destination quickly after your arrival in Croatia. It only takes 15 minutes from Split Airport and your well-deserved holiday can begin.

Villa Victory has five modern bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms, to make your stay extra comfortable. Relax in the private infinity pool with its breathtaking sea views or recline in a deckchair on the sun terrace. The sauna with integrated spa area also invites you to unwind.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and the sound systems throughout the hotel provide the best entertainment. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and private car parking are also available. The well-kept green area with tall palm trees and typical local plants creates a real South Sea feeling. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are of course included. The outdoor area is under video surveillance to ensure maximum security.

Our luxury complex Villa Victory is located in Okrug Gornij, the largest village on the island of Ciovo. The villa is located directly on the hillside in a residential area known for its villas with a direct view of the sea. Okrug Gornji is one of the main tourist resorts in Dalmatia. The mild Mediterranean climate, the rich subtropical vegetation, the crystal clear sea, the 2670 hours of sunshine and the central location of Okrug Gornji form the framework for a perfect holiday destination.
Several beaches, including Copacabana Beach, which is almost 2 km long, offer numerous water sports activities such as parasailing, banana boat rides, jet skiing, wakeboarding and boat hire with free entry to the beach. You can book diving and diving excursions at the water sports centre. Along the Copacabana you will also find cafés, bars and a beach discotheque.
Not far from Villa Victory you will find typical local supermarkets selling specialities and local products, as well as everything you need for your daily needs. Other exciting destinations and leisure activities await you, so boredom is a thing of the past here.
