The new villas in Croatia
Two modern, completely new buildings were built in 2022 in the best residential area of Okrug Gornij, on the island of Ciovo. Located directly on the south-facing slope, surrounded by dream villas, the two new villas impress with their architecture and design. Each villa is independent, with a separate car park and entrance. Of course, both villas can also be rented together. Both villas are surrounded by a Mediterranean green area with tall palm trees, which are regularly tended by gardeners. Designers were largely responsible for the planning, realisation and furnishings.
The good transport links to the city of Split, whether by car or plane, will get you to your holiday destination quickly after your arrival in Croatia. After touching down on the runway at Split Airport, you only need 15 minutes and your well-deserved holiday can begin.

We offer you pure luxury and the best standard at the highest level. Enjoy your stay in our self-catering villas with their own kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and crockery. Mix yourself and your family your favourite drink at the integrated house and cocktail bar (our recommendation: stock up on the delicacies of your choice in the duty-free shop before your departure to Croatia). State-of-the-art bedrooms (5 in Villa Victory, 3 in Villa Medusa), each with its own luxury bathroom, will make your everyday life more enjoyable. Unwind in your own infinity pool with a view of the sea, lean back and relax in a deckchair on the sun terrace. Enjoy the sauna with integrated spa area. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Sound systems throughout the hotel, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and private car parking complete the offer. The well-kept green area with tall palm trees and typical local plants is perfect for that South Sea feeling. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are of course included. The outdoor area is under video surveillance.
The situation
Our luxury complexes are located in Okrug Gornij, the largest village on the island of Ciovo. They are located directly on the hillside in a residential area known for its villas with a direct view of the sea. Okrug Gornji is one of the main tourist resorts in Dalmatia. The mild Mediterranean climate, the rich subtropical vegetation, the crystal clear sea, the 2670 hours of sunshine and the central location of Okrug Gornji form the framework for a perfect holiday destination. Several beaches, including Copacabana with a length of almost 2 km, offer parasailing, banana boat rides, jet skiing, wakeboarding and boat hire with free entry to the beach. Diving and diving excursions can be booked at the water sports centre. There are cafés, bars and a beach discotheque on Copacabana. Not far from our villas you will find typical local supermarkets with specialities and local products, as well as everything for your daily needs. Other exciting destinations await you in the leisure activities section. Boredom is a foreign word with us.
