Book villa online

You can book your stay in one of our villas in just a few minutes using the booking form.

Your villa is then reserved and ready for you. On the day of your arrival you will receive a personalised Key PIN for your stay.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival and must be made in writing by e-mail (info(at)

After that, the booking can no longer be cancelled free of charge.


Payment of the travel price is made exclusively by advance payment via Bank transfer or credit card.

Please make a bank transfer stating your reservation number 100% of the travel price by no later than 30 days before arrival to the following account:

A damage deposit of €2000 is required for your stay at Villas Croatia. For this we require a credit card with an appropriate credit limit. The amount will be blocked before your arrival and released after your departure if no damage is found. Please note that the blocking of the amount may be shown as a debit in your banking account, but no debit will actually be made if no defects are found on our part.


Proof of liability insurance

The tenant must provide proof of his own personal liability insurance, which includes damage to rented property. 


Pets are not allowed in our hotel.


Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Zusatzleistungen, wie Zustellbett, Babybett, Allergiker Kopfkissen, bestimmter Zimmerwunsch oder Lage des Zimmers, nur vor Ende der Rezeptionszeiten berücksichtigt werden können.
Bei Buchung außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten können Sonderwünsche nicht berücksichtigt werden, da die Rezeption nicht durchgehend besetzt ist.
